Paper Threads offers easy returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at www.paper-threads.com. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition, and, if applicable, with the original packaging and tags (yes, we check).

What are my options for returns and exchanges?

1. Exchange for another size or color of the same item

2. Return for a refund back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please contact us at support@paper-threads.com

We will begin processing your return or exchange as soon as we receive the original item.

We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, but this may take 2-3 weeks during peak times upon receipt of the original item.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All international sales are final.
